We are proud that the grapesort Riesling and the steep slope presents the centre in our company. The special slate and the directly sunshining in the halfround about the Piesporter Mountains garant a high quality and an unchangeable Rieslingcharacter.

Beside the grapesort Riesling we cultivate the white grapesort Bacchus on the flat side of Piesport. Bacchus wines present themselves as fruity and light wines with less accid.

Furtherhin we have two red grapesorts in our vinery, the Blauer Spätburgunder, growing in the steep slope, and the Dornfelder, growing on the flat side of Piesport.

We press all our grapes in our cellar and fill all our wines ourself in bottles, so that our wines are "Gutsabfüllungen". Because of the special quality about the different areas we fill our wines separate about the area "Piesporter Falkenberg", "Piesporter Goldtröpfchen" and "Piesporter Trepppchen". These names you will find on our lables and if you want to visit us in Piesport, we can show you on which point each wine was growing.

About the tours
We offer you a holiday in a friendly atmosphere, where you can discover all aspects of winemaking: winetastings with typical regional food, guided tours of the cellar and the vineyards.

The guestroom "Treppchen"
Our comfortable guestroom for 2-3 persons: balcony facing south, bathroom with shower/WC, TV, refridgerator, coffee machine.

Our new gueststudio "Günterslay"
The romantic-cosy interior (50 sqm) for 2-4 persons offers you a futon bed with floors from wood barrels for backrest, and a starry sky, a double-bedcouch, a kitchen with microwave oven, a bathroom with shower/WC, a dining table, TV.

The holiday flat "Goldtröpfchen"
In the modern holiday flat (75 sqm) for 2-5 persons a kitchen with microwave oven, a bathroom with shower/WC, a separate bedroom, a comfortable sofa and armchairs, a dining area, TV, a cot and a high chair await you.

The airport Frankfurt-Hahn is only 45 km away, the next railway station Wittlich-Wengerohr 20 km.
